Classic Stir Fry

You gotta love a classic stir fry. What better way to get your veggies in and eat something that tastes fresh and delicious!

What you need

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Sticks Celery
  • 1/2 Packet of Mushrooms
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Packet of Fresh Green Beans
  • 1 Packet of Cashews
  • Rice or Noodles to serve with
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Oyster or Plum Sauce for taste if you like
  1. Pop the oil in the pan and lightly fry the chopped onion and garlic
  2. Add the chopped carrots and celery and let fry on low heat for a a few minutes
  3. Add the rest of the chopped vegetables and stir as it fry, until carrots are tender
  4. Serve straight away with rice or noodles
