You gotta love a classic stir fry. What better way to get your veggies in and eat something that tastes fresh and delicious!
What you need
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Sticks Celery
- 1/2 Packet of Mushrooms
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Packet of Fresh Green Beans
- 1 Packet of Cashews
- Rice or Noodles to serve with
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- Oyster or Plum Sauce for taste if you like
- Pop the oil in the pan and lightly fry the chopped onion and garlic
- Add the chopped carrots and celery and let fry on low heat for a a few minutes
- Add the rest of the chopped vegetables and stir as it fry, until carrots are tender
- Serve straight away with rice or noodles
